My parents have paid for the annual membership as well as live tutoring. But when I try to practice drills, it tells me that I need to register, even though I already have. When I click register, it says I am at the free level, even though I know for a fact that my parents paid a lot of money to get me this course. I have tried logging in and out several times, nothing works. I can access the live tutoring classes, but not the drills or exams or any independent practice materials. What should I do?
