Why the SAT Matters More Than Ever

Test Scores Are Back. Are You Ready?

After years of test-optional policies, the nation’s most selective universities are requiring SAT scores again. MIT, Yale, Dartmouth, Princeton, and many others have reinstated score requirements. A strong SAT score is no longer optional — it’s a competitive necessity.

1550+
Target score for Ivy League & top-10 universities
The difference between 1300 and 1500 is often the difference between acceptance and rejection at selective schools.
160+
average point gain for students who complete a structured prep program
Preparation makes a measurable, documented difference. Students who prep outperform those who don’t by a significant margin.
$18
per hour vs. nearly $50/hr at Princeton Review — for the same quality instruction
Our 2-month SAT Elite delivers 32 hours for $599 (~$18.72/hr). Princeton Review charges $895/month for 18 hours — nearly $50 per hour.

What Is the Digital SAT?

The SAT is now fully digital and adaptive — a major format change that rewards students who train specifically for how the test works, not just what it covers.

Format & Structure
    • 2 hours 14 minutes total — significantly shorter than the old SAT
    • Reading & Writing (54 questions) + Math (44 questions)
  • Computer-Adaptive — second module adjusts based on first module performance
  • Score range: 400–1600. Superscore: colleges take the highest section scores across attempts
  • Calculator allowed on the entire Math section
Who Should Take It & When
    • Grade 10: Take the PSAT in October — qualifies for National Merit Scholarship
    • Grade 11: First SAT attempt in Spring (March, May, or June) after summer prep
  • Grade 11–12: Retake in August or October to improve score before fall applications
  • Most students take the SAT 2–3 times. Superscoring makes multiple attempts strategically valuable.

Our Philosophy

We Don’t Just Prep Students for the SAT — We Prep Them for Life

Our SAT course is deliberately designed as more than test preparation. It’s a reinforcement of four years of core high school Math and ELA — building the critical thinking and problem-solving skills that serve students in college and beyond.

🔎

Master the Design, Not Just the Content

Official College Board questions are excellent practice, but they won’t teach you how to exploit the test’s design. Our instructors have spent years studying exactly how the digital SAT is constructed — the question types, the common traps, the patterns that repeat. Students who understand the design outperform those who simply practice questions.

🧠

Skills-Based. Data-Driven. Student-Centric.

Every student starts with a diagnostic that reveals exactly which question types are costing them points. We build a custom plan around those specific weaknesses — not a generic curriculum. Detailed analytics track progress across every practice test, so students and parents can see exactly where gains are happening.

📈

Reinforces Four Years of High School

Our SAT course isn’t siloed from the rest of a student’s academic life. The Math section covers algebra, geometry, advanced algebra, and data analysis — core high school curriculum. The Reading & Writing section builds the analytical reading and writing skills students need in every class. Prep for the SAT and strengthen everything else at the same time.

🏗

Risk-Free. Proven Results Since 2014.

We’ve been preparing students for the SAT since 2014. Our track record includes consistent 160+ point gains for students who complete the full program. We believe in our results enough to offer a risk-free trial. Start the program and see for yourself before committing to the full course.

What Students and Parents Are Saying

My daughter went from a 1210 to a 1420 after two months. She’d taken a Princeton Review class before and it didn’t move the needle nearly as much — and that cost us more than twice as much. The instructors here actually teach you how the test works, not just what’s on it.

I honestly didn’t believe a tutoring course could help that much. My son has always been an average student and I thought 1300 was his ceiling. He scored 1490 in March. He’s applying to schools we never thought were possible. The price for what you get is unbelievable.
